Bailey + Brett |Engagement

When Bailey told me she and her fiancé were looking beautiful fall engagement photos, I panicked. I was just about to leave for two and a half weeks to the Philippines and the colors in Colorado move fast! So imagine my surprise and excitement when we showed up to our location and found that the cold weather had yet to strip the trees bare and that the leaves were in fine fall form.

With their two adorable pups, we were able to capture these colorful fall engagement photos before the snow rolled in. Just as we were finishing, the wind started kicking up and within a few hours we had snow on the ground. We took their photos here in Fort Collins at the Gustav Swanson Natural Area. While it’s a fairly small park, it’s one of my favorite places to take photos because of its rich foliage, proximity to the Poudre River, and easy access from Old Town Fort Collins.

I can’t wait to capture their wedding next year!
